We design and produce the complete printed-carton system for Korea's most recognisable beauty brands — single-piece cartons, set cases, labels, inserts, and custom cosmetic vessels — all from one floor in Jung-gu, Seoul.
프리미엄 뷰티 패키징 — 단상자, 세트케이스, 인쇄물, 라벨, 화장품용기 전문 제작. 서울 중구에서 20년.
aONE pack was founded in 2005 by Cho Dong Yeon with a single premise — the packaging shouldn't be louder than the product inside it. Two decades later, that premise has shipped over a million units per month through our Seoul floor.
We are a fully integrated studio: structural design, colour-matching, offset and digital printing, specialty finishing, and fulfilment all happen under one roof. No subcontractors, no hand-offs, no registration drift between lines. For the brand teams we work with, this means tighter lead times, honest costing, and a single person accountable for every press sheet that leaves the building.
The studio stays small on purpose. We run between 20 and 30 active projects at any given time, and we turn down more briefs than we accept. If we take it on, it's because we think we can deliver it better than anyone else.
Every stage of the packaging pipeline runs in-house. We don't sub-contract printing, we don't outsource finishing, and we don't hand a brand's files to a third party. This is what that looks like.
A restrained set case for a familiar hero. End-to-end over 14 weeks.
We reworked the Cicapair reissue around a single emboss-and-soft-touch lamination, replaced the inner tray with moulded pulp fibre, and cut the printed surface down to two Pantones plus one soft-gold foil hit. The result holds the shelf without raising its voice — and ships 31% lighter than the 2022 edition.
Proofed over two weeks against the original Cicapair-herb swatch, pressed on our XL 106 over a single shift, and delivered end-to-end in fourteen weeks from brief to pallet.
Every project — whether a 1,000-unit indie carton or a 50,000-unit hero re-issue — moves through the same five stages. We quote on the second.
An hour with your brand team. Moodboard, shelf reference, unit economics, sustainability constraints. We ask more questions than we answer at this stage — by design.
Week 0Structural dielines first, surface treatment second. Three routes per project, always. A costed quote lands on your desk within three working days of the brief.
Week 1–2In-house colour bench, D65 booth. Full mock-up pulled on final stock before any press is warmed. Sign-off happens in the studio, not over email.
Week 3–5Offset, digital, or specialty — whichever fits the run. One floor, no subbing out, no registration drift. Press checks welcome; many of our brand teams come in person.
Week 6–10QC at 99.7% pass, packed, palletised, and delivered to your 3PL. Full spec sheet, colour archive, and retained samples held on file for seven years minimum.
Week 11–14“The brands we're proudest of are the ones you've seen and never noticed the packaging. That was the whole point.”
We reply within a business day and quote within three. Share the brief, the moodboard, or the napkin sketch — all routes land at the same desk in Jung-gu.
